Planning

South Norfolk Council is the local Planning Authority and they have full powers when considering planning applications.

Costessey Town Council is consulted on all applications falling within the parish boundary. These are considered at the Full Council Meetings. Its comments are then passed to the planning authority. Members of the public are welcome to attend our Council Meetings and the Chairman will normally allow them to speak.
