Notice for Costessey Remembrance Parade on 9th November STRO13699

Norfolk County Council, hereby give notice that to facilitate the Remembrance Day event, they intend to make an Order under Section 16A of the RTRA 1984 and all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic on The Street from its junction with C171 Town House Close to 100 metres northeast of its junction with U78076 Folgate Road in the Town of Costessey.

The Order shall be in effect (in force) on the 9th November 2025 or until the restrictions are no longer necessary. The road will be temporarily restricted (except for emergency and pedestrian access) for the duration of the Costessey Remembrance Sunday event which is anticipated to be between 10:25 and 10:55 on 9th November 2025. The restrictions specified will only have effect at such times and to such extent as indicated by the display of on-site signs.
