The Cookery Theatre will be here on the Saturday of the fete from 10am
Promoting careers in hospitality, use of local, seasonal and quality produce (without it costing too much), and demonstrating how to cook quality, simple food to a budget.

Plenty to see and do with free entry to all. Car Parking is £2 and the Event Guide will be available at the gates for just £1. Bank Holiday Friday 3rd 12noon to 5pm (Funfair open until 8pm) & Saturday 4th 10am to fireworks just after 10pm. Live Bands on the Saturday evening.

Visitors to our Longwater Lane Cemetery will have noticed that we are having work done to install new paths around the 10m strip for new cremation plots. The Town Council is extremely grateful to the Breedon Group for providing us with materials - especially the Breedon Gravel Amber surfacing which will be ideal for easy access by all. Apologies to families for any disturbance.
