Costessey Gurney Road and Sunny Grove – Road Closure
Traffic calming works are due to start on Monday 30 November at Gurney Road and Sunny Grove, Costessey. The works will see six round top humps installed which are designed to help reduce traffic speeds along this route. The work is expected to be completed within two weeks, weather permitting.

The older pieces of equipment pictured are being removed. We have £54,000 of Developer Contributions to spend on new equipment, and have received another £7,022 in Community Infrastructure Levy. Thanks to the 500 resident's who responded to our survey. We are just finalising plans for new equipment which will include a zip wire.

Thanks to the resident who sent in the picture of a rainbow across the Wensum Valley, taken from the patio of the Queen's Hills Community Centre. It connects the two districts of South Norfolk & Broadland who now work together as one team.

There will be no Remembrance Parade or Service or wreath laying on Remembrance Sunday.
Instead residents are encouraged to stand on their doorsteps with poppies at 11am on Wednesday 11 November (Armistice Day)
