We need 1 month's notice for weekend and evening parties.

All rooms available from 9:00am to 10:30pm Monday to Saturday and 9.00am - 6.00pm Sunday.

Bouncy Castles are welcome in one room at each site: Stafford Hall, Owen Barnes Room & Dinneen Hall. Evidence of public liability insurance is required in advance.

£60.00 to £150.00 Damage Deposit is required for all bookings. This will be returned to the hirer by bank transfer within 14 days of the event if no problems are reported. One month's notice in writing is required to cancel a booking without a charge. A contract will be sent to all hirers which includes Terms & Conditions of hire.

​Payments can be made by cash/cheque at the Town Council's Office on the first floor at The Costessey Centre, Longwater Lane, Costessey, NR8 5AH. Sorry, no card payments. Caretakers do not accept payments. A silver letter box is outside the front door at The Costessey Centre, Longwater Lane. Car Park gates are open 6:30am to 10:30pm

​All rates include VAT. Please request a VAT invoice if you require one. Note - Higher rates apply to Corporate Bookings; discounts for regular hirers are at the discretion of the Town Council.

​CCTV at all premises. The hirer will be charged if an event overruns.

​No alcohol is to be brought onto our premises either for sale or consumption without prior consent in writing from Mike Urry the licensee. The Bar is provided by the Whitwell and Reepham Preservation Trust at The Costessey Centre only.
