Costessey Town Council serves a community living in approximately 7,500 dwellings. It consists of 19 Councillors elected for a term of four years who will now hold office until May 2023. Costessey Town Councillors receive no financial allowances for their term in office. Seven staff work for the Council and report to the Town Clerk, Hilary Elias who has been in post since 2010.
