Casual Vacancy Filled

No election was called for so co-option for a Town Councillor took place for a vacancy within the New Costessey Ward on Tuesday 26th September 7pm at The Costessey Centre, Longwater Lane NR8 5AH.

We are pleased to announce that Dan Burrill of 11, Jerningham Road was co-opted and we have invited him to ‘fill this space’ with a short instruction soon.

Born in Birmingham, I moved to Norfolk nine years ago, and settled in Costessey in early 2015. I’m a self-employed Boat Safety Scheme examiner, and my wife does healthcare research at UEA. Our son attended Costessey Junior School and has just started at Ormiston Victory Academy. When I’m not working, I enjoy woodturning, restoring old tools, and photography. I joined Costessey Town council as I want to be able to give back to the community that I now call home.
