Mrs Hilary Elias - Parish Clerk  

 

Hilary was previously Clerk to Attleborough Town Council where she saw many changes during her five years there.

 

Hilary is originally from County Durham.  She lived abroad for about 20 years, in France, Austria and Germany and has followed a varied career path – Librarian, Classroom Assistant, TEFL Trainer, Property Manager, and Town Clerk.

Mrs Rachel Jackson - Parish Clerk

Mr Richard Rymarz - DeputyClerk After 16 years as head teacher at Gt Witchingham Primary School and 5 more working for the Child Support Agency, Richard joined  the Parish Council staff in June 2008. Appointed primarily to kick start the Costessey Centre project, he looks after the parish web site and edits Costessey Contact.

Maggie joined the staff in June 2010 having previously worked for South Norfolk Council.

Her specific duties include organising the parish accounts, dealing with bookings and burials

Mrs Sophie Duncan - Clerk’s Assistant
Sophie joins us having completed maternity leave. She has 2 young children and used to work for BMW. She will be looking after the Allotments, parochial charity and planning.
