a) Planning applications for consideration:-
¨ 6672 – 126 Norwich Road – First floor extension to rear.
¨ 6673 – 192 Norwich Road – Extension to existing secure store at rear of pharmacy
¨ 6674 - Queen’s Hill Phase 3, off Peothlyn Drive – Residential development of 144 dwellings and associated structures 2 to 4 bedroomed dwellings.
¨ 6675 – Queen’s Hill Phase 5, off Peothlyn Drive – Residential development of 142 dwellings and associated structures 2 to 4 bedroomed dwellings.
¨ 6676 – Site adj Eastern Court, Ernest Gage Av – Proposed access road from Ernest Gage Av to service Eastern Court utilising existing access point on side adj to Eastern Court.
