     agenda & state whether they are also prejudiced.  In the case of personal interest the member may

     speak & vote on the matter.  In the case of prejudicial interests the member must withdraw from the

     room whilst the matter is discussed.

      a.  Planning applications for consideration

¨ 6816 – Costessey Transfer Station, Longwater Business Park:- Variation of condition 4 of Plan C/7/98/7015 to allow plant & machinery to operate within the existing building (deferred from last meeting – confirmed site is licensed for all materials as listed)

¨ 6819 – Land off Ringland Lane – Community Centre comprising of main hall for sports & events use, a single WC facility, kitchen facilities, office & first aid room

¨ 6820 – 20 Woodlands Rd – Front dormer window & proposed rear extension to replace existing conservatory with bedroom in roof over

¨ 6821 – Barley Court, Beechcroft –Replacement of existing gates to entrance with site compound & replacement of gates to pedestrian & vehicle entrances.  

¨ 6822 – Plot 12, Ottaway Close – Installation of a new air to water heat pump to external wall

¨ 6823 -  7 Gurney Close – Lounge/kitchen extension to rear & proposed single storey garage

¨ 6824 – 92 Longwater Lane – Erection of a single storey conservatory to the rear

¨ 6825 – Phase 4, Queens Hill – Residential development of 115 dwellings including associated infrastructure (2-5 bedroom dwellings)

b)  Anglian Water - Pre-notification of plan for upgrading existing fuel tank store at site in the pits    

     off Taverham Lane

c) Tree Preservation Order for Beeches on land adjacent to Longwater Lane Rec Grd

d)  Suggestion to investigate having glass recycling on Breckland car park.    

e)  Resident wishing to discuss his plans for Wensum Nurseries, Taverham Lane

f)   Complaint about footballs from Breckland Hall Rec Gr going over into a garden

     c) Traffic Management Programme – Cleves Way/West End – consideration of proposed  8am-

         9.30am  and 2.30pm – 4pm, Mon-Fri  ‘At Any Time’ waiting restrictions & Mon-Sat 30min time

          limited parking.

     a)  Norfolk Constabulary – Revised structure for local delivery

9. Finance Matters

    a) Consideration of end of year statement and accounts for 2009/10

    b) Request for donations:  a. East Anglia’s Children’s Hospice

                                                 b. St Johns Ambulance

                                                 c. Costessey Pre-School

    c) Quote for spraying in Longwater Lane Recreation Ground incl chemical - £450.

     d) Request to start up a Mother & Toddler Group in Costessey Centre

     e) Request to be allowed to pay for a reserved cremation plot (£175) over three months

    f)  Application for concessionary rate for 1 hours use of the large office
