In addition to grants the Town Council received various donations from sponsors of the annual fete in May 2016 and £100 of Recycling Credits from South Norfolk Council.

From 1 May 2014 all Planning Applications determined by South Norfolk Council. the Planning Authority for the Town of Costessey are subject to CIL payments as set out in a charging schedule  developed jointly with Broadland District Council and Norwich City Council under the Greater Norwich Development Partnership (GNDP).  A list of payments received are below:

On 16 May 2017 Town Cllrs approved  the purchase of a new piece of play equipment at Breckland Park NR5 ORW using the CIL funds above. The equipment will be installed during November 2017
